當這些詞前有具體的數字時，只能用單數形式。如：five hundred, six million

(1) smaller and smaller越來越小 形容詞比較級+形容詞比較級表示“越來越…”

(e.g) China is becoming more and more beautiful.中國變得越來越美麗。

The +形容詞比較級，the +形容詞比較級，表示“越…., 就越….”

(e.g) The more careful, the fewer mistakes you’ll make.你越仔細，你就越少出錯。
