初中英語導學案的設計與思考

在新課標教育教學的理念下,新課改的繼續深化,優化課堂結構、提高課堂教學效率迫在眉睫。為此,我們學校嘗試了用導學案進行教學。

導學案把教案學案融為一體,以“導學、誘思”為基點。通過預習檢測、自學探究、質疑歸納、實踐探究、練習鞏固等環節的調控,有助於以學定教,開展以學生為主體,教師為導體的教學,突出學生的自學能力培養,注重學法指導,使師生、生生之間和諧交流,把學生由觀眾席推向表演的舞台。

一、“學案導學”模式的理論依據

導學案源於教材而高於教材,應是學習教材的有效輔助材料。它的編寫必須符合新課改的指導思想,在形式、內容和問題的設計中集中體現“自主、合作、探究”的課堂教學模式。課外時間,導學案能引導學生自主高效的學習、練習、研究,是課外學習的“良師益友”;課上時間,導學案能進一步引導學生合作、討論、展示,是教師瞭解學情、透析疑點的“重要依據”。

二、“導學案”的設計

學案的設計要以學生“學”為主、教師“導”為輔,導學結合、相輔相成。例如:八年級英語(下)Unit4 He said I was hard-working. Reading:《She said helping others changed her life.》導學案設計如下

Ⅰ.學習目標

1.重點:新單詞與詞組

Poor,village, decision,start,influence ,sound like fun,open up,a good start,work as ect.

2.難點:句型

Teachering high school students in poor mountain willage in Gansu Province may not sound like fun to you.

3.學法指導

閲讀技巧指導:1)學生要善於猜詞,要學會順藤摸瓜,通過構詞、語法、對比、因果、常識、上下文之間的邏輯關係等線索推斷詞義。因此,猜詞是應用英語的重要能力。2)對於長難句我們可以跳讀修飾成分,迅速找出主謂結構。這樣一來。我們便可以將長句化為短句,將難句化為易句。

三、“導學案”組織實施

(一)“導學案”,注重“導”與“學”

導學案的制訂要依綱靠本,因學定教,使之切合學生的學習實際,更適應師生的實際教育環境,不能“虛高”。好高騖遠只能使我們的方案失去實際的價值。

1、“導學案”應注重“學”

導學案中的“學”在教學中佔了相當大的比重,幾乎整個活動過程都在圍繞着學生的“學”展開一系列有效的訓練活動,只有這樣,才能讓學生感覺英語課是充實的。因此,在設計學案時應主要考慮學生的學習情況:學生的知識結構、知識水平,本節課學生應掌握哪些知識,發展他們那方面的能力,以及他們目前的水平與教材之間的差距,準備一些適應學生自身語言能力的活動和帶有自主性的活動。注意設計的層次和梯度,讓差一點的學生“吃飽”,好一點的學生“吃好”,優秀的學生“跳一跳”,為實現課堂教學的立體交叉互動創造必備的訓練條件。

2、“導學案”應注意“導”

教學中教師要時刻提醒自己:教師是學生的得力助手,絕對不能越俎代庖。既然有了學案,教師在課堂上就要注意自己的角色,注意自己對時間的支配權利,這和以前有了天壤之別,不要無故干涉學生的活動,要相信學生的能力,他們遠遠不像你想象的那樣“拙”。在課堂上,要千方百計的調動學生的學習主動性,一旦你給了他們足夠的機會和時間,他們潛力的巨大會讓你瞠目結舌。在組織學生學習的過程中要發揮教師的主導作用,注意教學環節安排的合理性、教育手段的多樣性、教育方法的藝術性,使我們的教學有戲劇性的境界。對學生大可不必擔心,放開他們的手腳,大膽的施展自己的才華,教師在巡迴的幫助他們時,學生絕對不會“冷落”了你,你自己也開心的參與,忙得不亦樂乎。

(二)“導學案”實施應遵循的原則:

1、單元化原則。

每一單元都要有明確的學習目標,要讓學生有計劃的完成學習任務,最大限度地提高課堂教學效率。

2、問題化原則。

將知識點轉變為探究性的問題點,通過對知識點的設疑從而激發學生主動思考,逐步培養學生的探究精神以及對教材的分析、歸納的能力。1)問題要能啟發學生思維;2)問題不易太多,太碎;3)問題應引導學生閲讀並思考;4)問題的敍述語應引發學生積極思考,積極參與。

3、參與化原則。

通過對導學案的使用創造人人蔘與的機會,激勵人人蔘與的熱情,提高人人蔘與的能力,增強人人蔘與的意識,讓學生在參與中學習。要相信學生,敢於放手發動學生,只要教師敢於給學生創設自主互助學習的機會,其學習潛能將會得到更有效的挖掘。

4、方法化原則。

導學案中應體現教師必要的指導和要求。教師指導既要有學習內容的.指導與要求,又有學習方法的指導和要求。如學生在自主學習時,教師要明確具體地告訴學生看教材哪一頁的哪一部分,用多長時間,達到什麼要求,自學完成後教師將採取什麼形式進行檢查等;小組合作如何學習,在小組合作學習中應掌握和熟識那些基本知識等,從而有效的提高小組合作的效率。

5、層次化原則。

導學案要有梯度,能引導學生由淺入深、層層深入地認識教材、理解教材,滿足不同層次學生的需求。讓每個學生都學有所得,最大限度地調動學生的學習積極性,從而提高學生學習的自信心,最大限度地提高學習效率。

四、存在的問題

我們在使用導學案的過程中也存在一些問題:1、學生的自主性不夠。有一些學生學習不夠主動,導學案沒有認真完成,這需要一個長期的引導和訓練。2、班額過大,對學生的輔導不夠到位。這就要求老師引導學生進行互助合作,引導成績好的同學幫助學習弱的同學。3、作業的批改問題。有時作業不能做到全收全改,這就需要老師進行思考,如何做到又發現了問題,又有實效。4、後進生在規定時間內不能完成,更不用説消化吸收了。有些學生東丟一張,西扔一張,到複習時,甚至有的新課結束後,剛發的導學案就已經找不到了。導致複習失去依據。 5.初一的學生要注重對聽説能力的培養,所以初一的導學案要精心編寫,量不宜太大,題目不宜太難。

6.導學案的評講是一個問題。導學案儘量在課堂上完成,如果在下一節花很多時間來講解導學案,可能會使課堂很乏味,削弱了學生對英語的興趣,特別是初一的學生。

五、編寫、使用導學案還應注意的幾個問題

1.編寫高質量的導學案是一節課成敗的基礎,它能體現教師的“支架”作用。使用時要求教師語言簡練、開門見山、直擊要點。作為教師要清楚何時點撥、點撥什麼內容(易錯知識點、易混知識點、方法、規律、知識結構、注意事項、拓展等)。

教師在編制導學案時,必須把握好對教材的“翻譯”,把教材嚴謹的、邏輯性極強的、抽象的知識,翻譯成能讀懂、易接受的、通俗的、具體的知識,幫助學生確定適當的學習目標,並給出達到目標的最佳途徑。好老師要能夠深入淺出,設計導學案要做到知識問題化,問題層次化,層次梯次化,梯次漸進化。當然,學案的編制沒有固定的標準,只有適合的才是最好的。

2.導學案是為學生學習服務的,必須從有利於學生學習操作的角度思考創作,要始終把學生放在主體地位;在導學案可根據學習內容的需要,增加“加油站”“温馨提示”“友情鏈接”等補充説明、信息提供、方法指導的欄目。

3.應根據不同的課型編制不同的學案,如新授課中的預習性學案、複習課中的檢測性學案、專題性學案等。

4.多一些激勵的話語。如:試試你的身手,你最行!做一做,你一定能過關!

5.課後反思、不斷完善

反思可以從以下幾個方面入手:

①解決問題的能力情況。個別學生的個別問題就採取個別輔導的方法單獨解決,如果是大面上的問題,則下階段要強化訓練此知識點。

②反思教學方法是否能引起學生強烈的學習興趣,激發學生強烈的學習動機;

③知識點的訓練程度與知識點的難易程度是否匹配;

④某個教學環節失誤的原因是重、難點把握力度不當,還是對學生的指導、點撥不到位; ⑤某個教學環節的成功是偶然還是必然等。

以上是我對導學案的一點理解和思考。

六、我們的反思

1.我們使用導學案,要真正取到實效,不能照搬別人的模式,我們的班額大,學生程度不一,我們要有自己的特色。比如:他們是怎麼引導學生養成良好的學習習慣,他們是怎麼鼓勵中下層學生的,他們是怎樣構建良好的師生關係的。老師要多注意學習教學理論知識,提高自己的教學水平,學會如何同學生形成良好的師生關係,這樣才能編出水平較高的導學案,這樣才能使學生樂於用導學案。

2.英語課不同於語文課,要充分調動學生的興趣,導學案要與課件相結合。為了吸引學生的興趣和保持好奇心,不能將上課的每一點東西都讓學生知道,有些東西只能臨時展示。並不是每一節課,每種課型都需要提前預習。

我們要根據不同的課型設計不同的導學案,如複習課,評講練習課。

3.對於一個四五十人的大班,老師應該在小組合作和分層教學以及形成性評價上下功夫,這樣才能使導學案發揮真正的作用。老師的設想再美妙,如果沒有學生的好好配合,一切都是白費勁,關鍵是建立良好的師生關係,通過小組合作和形成性評價激發學生的學習動機
