suggest建議,後面的從句謂語動詞用should+動詞原形，其中should可以省略。

I suggest that we (should) get up early tomorrow.

advise 建議

+that 從句，從句中謂語動詞用(should)+動詞原形

advise doing

advise sb. to do sth.

suggest後面不能接不定式。

promise有希望，有――可能. This year promises a good harvest.今年有豐收的希望。

promised過去分詞作定語，有希望的。
