decide; make up one's mind辨識

decide指經過思考、詢問和討論後做出判斷或決定去做某事。如：

Professor Wang's words decided her to catch up with others. 王教授的話使她下決心趕上其他人。

I decided to take the position at the bank. 我決定接受在銀行的職位。

make up one's mind是hesitate(遲疑), be puzzled(迷惑不解)等詞的相對説法，表示不再猶豫不決。如：

Have you made up your mind how to do it? 你已經拿定主意怎樣做這件事了嗎？

She made up her mind that she would win. 她決心爭取勝利。
