一、素質教育目標

八年級英語下課件

(-)知識儲備

1. 本單元的語言目標是“Talk about past experiences”(談論過去的經歷),圍繞這一目標,要涉及句型:

---Have you ever been to an amusement park?

---No, I’ve been to an amusement park.

---Yes, I have. I went to there last year.

因此要儲備space amusement park, water world, Peru, Holland等表示地點的詞,以便為上述句型提供語言材料。同時還有儲備tour guide, flight attendant等表示職業身份的詞。

2. 本單元中,主要學習現在完成時這一語法概念,因此,要儲備現在完成時有關的知識。“have/has+過去分詞”是該時態的表達形式,過去分詞的變化規律和動詞的一般過去時相似。同時還要主要現在完成時和一般過去時用法的不同。

3. 在學習本單元時,還要儲備neither引導的倒裝句相關的知識,以及用現在進行時表示將來發生的事件的用法。

(二)能力培養點

1. 培養學生能用現在完成時談論自己過去的經歷,能夠正確地運用現在完成時和一般過去時。

2. 培養學生的學習興趣,開拓學生的視野,增強學生對外界知識的瞭解。

3. 結合教材內容,培養學生的閲讀能力。

(三)情感體驗點

1. 使學生在學習中學會交流、合作,增強英語的重要性意識和未來的職業意識、世界意識。

二、教學設想

1. 重點、難點、疑點

(1)本單元的語言目標是談論過去的經歷,涉及到現在完成時的理解和運用,所以現在完成時是本單元的重難點。

(2)學生在學習過程中,難以正確地理解和運用現在完成時和一般過去時,故現在完成時和一般過去時的區別是本單元的難點。

(3)學生在學習現在完成時中,對have been to / have gone to 的區分以及現在完成時中怎樣描述動作和時間都有疑惑,這些是本單元的疑難點。

2. 課型及基本教學思路

本單元的語法要點是現在完成時。語言目標是“談論過去的經歷”,涉及到表示地點的詞和表示動作的詞。因此在教學中要採用圖片展示、談論、引導的思路,充分利用教材內容和練習周圍實際,通過交流、對話等手段,讓學生在實際情景和運用過程中體驗該時態的含義。

三、媒體平台

1.教具學具的準備

教師應準備好錄音機、磁帶、圖片、地圖、調查表等。設計一系列地點製成圖標附上圖片。

學生應準備好學習用品、調查表、標明地點的圖片等。

2. 多媒體課件擷英

(1) 課件構想

教師可以設計一系列卡通動物圖片和地點圖片,讓卡通動物在音樂中説:I have ever been to the Monkey Island. I went there last year. I’m going there next year. 然後請學生複述這些卡通動物的過去經歷。同時卡通動物會有一些問題詢問學生,請學生們回答,如“Have you ever been to …? When did you go there? Do you want to go there again?”

教師還可以設計一份自己過去的經歷,請學生閲讀完成表格,並向全班彙報。

(2) 素材準備

在教學過程中,教學雙方都可以儲備可供談論地點的圖片或地圖,儲備必要的句型文字或表格、調查表。

教學步驟

Section A

(一)本課目標

1. 掌握現在完成時這一語法項目,即have/has + 動詞過去分詞。

2. 掌握amusement park, space museum, water park等一些表示地點的詞彙。

3. 掌握利用現在完成時來談論過去的經歷這一語言功能目標。

4. 學會區別一般過去、現在完成時和一般將來時這三種語法在時間上的不同。

(二)教學流程

1.情景導入

教師可以讓學生看一些熟悉的地點的圖片,並問What place is this? Do you like it? Do you want to go there? 學生回答。

2.課前熱身

教師可讓學生看“amusement park, museum, water park”等地方的圖片,並問學舌問題“What place is this?”引導學生説,“Yes, I have.或No, I haven’t.”再問學生一些同樣的問題,然後向學生指明:“have/has + 動詞的過去分詞”這種結構為現在完成時。

3. 合作探究

(1) 整體感知

Section A 語言目標是:談論過去的經歷(Talk about past experiences)。1a的圖片內容很好地展示了現在完成時的結構用法和意義。同時1b的聽力、1c的結對練習也是圍繞“現在完成時” 這一語法項目開展練習的。2a、2b、2c是現在完成時在實際生活中的運用,師生可由地圖的討論開始,在完成聽力任務後,結合2c的pairwork來進一步練習現在完成時。3a、3b是語言知識的綜合運用和示範,學生可在教師的指導下完成。第4部分要求學生完成下來調查表,充分練習現在完成時談論過去的經歷,然後自己制定調查表,並進行調查。

2.想一想你曾經去過哪些地方,請你告訴你的同學或朋友有關這些經歷。

3.課後,同學們根據實際情況,設計調查報告,去調查朋友或親人曾經的經歷,並把調查結果向全體同學彙報。

(一)本課目標

1. 在本課中,進一步鞏固運用現在完成時來談論過去的經歷。

2. 學習現在完成時表示動作從過去一直延續到現在的用法,即對“動作和時間”的要求。

3. 能夠綜合運用英語知識來談論自己過去的,提供自己的語言運用的能力。

(二)教學流程

1.情境導入

教師可向學生講述幾個關於學習英語重要性的小故事,激發學生學習英語的緊迫感和責任感。

2.課前熱身

教師提出問題“Why do you study English?”學生討論並給出自己的原因。

3.合作探究

(1)整體感知

Section B是Section A內容的複習、延伸和拓展,是語言綜合知識的運用和體現。教學過程中,可由1a的討論、排序開始,再結合1a的內容,完成1b的pariwork。2a、2b的聽力部分可在師生間必要的對話鋪墊的基礎上進行。學生獨立完成後,可圍繞2a的問題完成2c的對話練習。3a、3b是原因知識的綜合運用。3a是範文示例,通完成八個問題的回答加深對文章的理解。3b是寫作訓練,其中的問題起重要的啟示作用,有助於學生寫作任務的完成。Self Check鼓勵學生參照本單元的相關內容完成。

1) due adj. 預定;預期;預計

後邊引出預期的時間、地點等,還常常構成短語be due (to do something)或be due (for something)。

e.g. Our plane is due at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport at 12:30.

我們的飛機預計於12:30降落在上海虹橋國際機場。

Rose is due to start school in January.

羅絲一月份就要開始上學了。

你的身體檢查預定在下個月。

2) I know表示説話人對所談的觀點、內容已瞭解,無需多説,相當於漢語中“我早知道了;我全都瞭解”這樣的意思,區別於許多日常交際場合中表示“我明白了;我知道了;我懂了”的用法。

e.g. A: It’s already very late. You should get some rest.

已經很晚了,你應該休息了。

B: Well, I know. Thanks.

對,我是知道的。謝謝。

注意,當我們獲知對方提供的信息後,常用I see. 表示“我知道了;我明白了;我懂了”。

e.g. A: He lives in the countryside but works in the city during the week.

他住在鄉下,但工作日在城裏上班。

B: Oh, I see.

哦,我知道了。
