英語書信格式

英語寫信的方式是比較多的，信件內容包括邀請信，推薦信。但是幾乎所有的信件的格式都是大同小異的。儘管大同小異，但是跟中國的書信書寫方式還是有很大區別，所以還是要注意。下面就讓小編為大家帶來英語書信格式。

英語書信格式

信封：

英語的信封其實和中文的是一樣的，有三部分的組成，發信人的地址、收信人的.地址和郵票。只不過英語信封除了貼郵票的地方是一樣的外，但是英語信封上寫的發信人和收信人的地址和中文是不大一樣的。發信人的底子應該寫在信封的左上角，收信人的底子應寫在信封的偏中右偏下處。英語書信的地址應該從小寫到大，先寫門牌號、街道、城鎮、省或者州及郵政的編碼，最後是要寫國家的名稱。國家的名稱的每一個字母都是要大寫。

信頭：

信紙上方居中一般都有印的名稱和地址還有聯繫號碼，這就是信頭。在沒有信頭的普通信紙上寫信，作者就需要寫明回郵地址和聯繫號碼。

稱呼：

稱呼是一封信開頭對收信人的稱呼，寫在封內地址或提示句下兩三行。稱呼後可以寫冒號或逗號。在商業信函或其他正式書信中，用冒號。在非正式書信中，稱呼後用逗號。

主題句的選擇：

電子郵件最重要的部分就是要突出其主題了，如果我們都是一個比較忙的人，再打開郵件的時候，希望第一眼看的就是郵件的主題。所以，主題就是要突出郵件的重要性。英文郵件的主題最好不要超過35個字母。

正文：

正文的格式是多種多樣的。商業的信函最好都是齊頭式。但是私人信函不是用齊頭式的。在齊頭式的書信中，全部內容包括日期和信尾問候語，這都是從左側頂格開始的。而且段落的開頭不能空格，各段之間都是空兩行。

結尾：

結尾在正文之後添加。注意一般的結尾句中只有第一個單詞首字母大寫，而剩餘的單詞，首字母小寫。

Best wishes,
