如何回答工作中的預見困難

一般問這個問題,求職者的希望就比較大了,因為已經涉及到工作細節方面。面試人員提出這個問題的主要有兩個目的:一看應聘者是否在行,説出的'困難是不是在這個職位中一般都不可避免的問題;二看應聘者解決困難的手法對不對,及公司能否提供這樣的資源。順便了解應聘者對困難的態度。所以,求職者一方面不宜直接説出具體的困難,否則可能令對方懷疑應聘者能力;另一方面可以嘗試迂迴戰術,説出應聘者對困難所持有的態度,如“工作中出現一些困難是正常的,也是難免的,但是隻要有堅忍不拔的毅力、良好的合作精神以及事前周密而充分的準備,任何困難都是可以克服。”

錄用後,如何開展工作

這個問題的主要目的是瞭解求職者的工作能力和計劃性、條理性,而且重點想要知道細節。如果採用迂迴戰術避而不答的話,面試官會認為迴避問題,如果引導了幾次仍然迴避,此人絕對不會錄用了。所以,求職者對於應聘的職位或行業有比較充分的瞭解,但是如果缺乏足夠的瞭解,最好不要説得過於具體,以免漏洞百出。
