some people think that being fat means good health. but this is not really the case according to research and eperiments done in this field. in fact being too fat may cause such fat related diseases as heart attack, hypertension, etc. seeing that they are getting too fat, some people go on a diet that＇s too stringent or too lean in order to lose weight. consequently, they suffer from other diseases such as anemia and malnutrition.

可是理想很豐滿，現實太骨感。我學英語怎麼就像在翻越一個巨大的坎，只有對眼前一竅不通的蝌蚪字乾瞪眼！

跟我一起發愁的爸爸突然驚叫：“咦！怎麼把這個大羅忘了。走，帶你去拜訪老外。”在我們家樓上住着一個叫大羅的英國人。平時最不喜歡與人交流的我，今天為了學習，無可奈何地被爸爸強拖上門求學了。

幽默教學

“吱！”的一聲，門應聲而開，一張光滑白淨的`臉龐映入眼簾，“Hello！”他熱情地與我打着招呼。“Hello！”我鸚鵡學舌也稀裏糊塗地和他打招呼。

“你有什麼事？小朋友。”呀，我大吃一驚，沒想到大羅會説中文。

“我可以跟你學英文嗎？”我小心翼翼地問。

“OK！”

大羅教書真幽默，比如“P”，他説這和“屁”的讀音一樣；“I”和“愛”的讀音一模一樣的。我聽得樂得哈哈大笑。在笑聲中，我輕而易舉地掌握了26個字母。

諧音單詞

開始學單詞了，單詞是把26個字母打亂的詞組，我又開始皺眉毛了。大羅説：“不要怕，單詞也是有中文諧音的。”

“Icecream（冰淇淋）——愛死我，可冷——冰淇淋雖然冷，可是我的最愛。”

“umbrella（雨傘）——俺不來了——下雨了，俺不來了。”

我認為這樣學習單詞又好玩又好記，可是有些英語老師卻提出反對意見，説這樣記憶英語會帶來什麼什麼的不良後果。這種話也傳進大羅的耳朵，他心事重重，懷疑教給我的英語單詞，一會兒會不會上個廁所就衝進馬桶裏呢？結果多次測試我都考100分！

我發現一個祕密：大羅在教我英語時，也在向我學中文！難怪電視裏常聽到“洋鬼子”一説，這個外國人真是鬼，不吃虧。不過他的學習態度不得不令我敬佩，不懂就問，一絲不苟的，進步飛快，我被感動了。

終於有一天，我向大羅發誓：我要把英語學好，將來與他齊肩。大羅聽後高興得像個孩子。

他説：學英語雖然要邁一個巨大的坑，可是我們在學習中做到勤學好問，精益求精，尋找竅門。一定會成功的。

這個老外不簡單！他用實際行動告訴了我，沒有加倍的的學習，或者是死板的學習，就沒有才能，也沒有天才。
