As a coin has two sides,when it comes to “what campus activity that has benefited you most”,different people may have different far as I am concerned,it is the psychological composition competition that has benefited me most.

There are,to my mind,plenty of shaping factors,among which,the following ones are particularly worth of the most valuable one is it is the field that I like.I can find a place to say something,either to the world or to myself,which will make me feel relax,get a good mood and enjoy her fundamental one which should not be neglected is I can appreciate others’ merits and find my own weakness,and then make up for but not least,I can find people who have the same thinking and interest with me,and become myself for instance,it is in the psychological composition competition that I find my soul mate.

Judging from the reams of evidence,it is safe for me to conclude that psychological composition competition is the campus activity that has benefited me it had not been for it,I could not have enjoyed myself so much.

正如一塊硬幣具有兩面性一樣，當問到“什麼校園活動讓你最受益”的時候，不同的人會有不同的觀點。就我而言，我認為使我最受益的活動是心理徵文比賽。

在我看來，有很多原因讓我形成這個觀點。其中，下面這些原因是最值得一提的。首先，也是最有價值的是因為這是我喜歡的領域。在這裏我可以找到一個地方來傾吐自己的心聲，可能是對世界的，也可能是對自己的.。這樣我就會覺得很輕鬆，有一個好的心情，並享受自己的生活。另外一個不能忽視的重要原因是，在這裏我能欣賞到別人的優點，發現自己的缺點並進行彌補。最後，我可以在這個比賽中找到和我有同樣的思想和興趣的人，併成為好朋友。就拿我自己來説，我就是在心理徵文比賽中找到了自己的知己。

根據上面提出的證據，我得出“心理徵文比賽使我最受益”這個結論是很合理的。要是沒有這個活動，我不能如此的熱愛我的生活。
