説到和藹可親，全老師真是我們見到的很和藹的一位老師了，有些老師，發現學生做錯了一點點小事，要麼是劈頭蓋臉的一句，要麼讓他去罰站。可是全老師不會這樣。有一次，我們班的陳昊同學上課玩珠子，結果全老師走過來，陳昊以為要怎麼了，結果很害怕，但是，全老師並不是劈頭蓋臉的罵人，而是告訴陳昊，這樣做是不對的，什麼的，最後陳昊對老師説了對不起，老師也就原諒了他了。

開學的第一天，我懷着激動地心情來到教室，在教室裏看見幾位同學圍在一起。他們似乎在討論着什麼，我好奇地擠了進去，才知他們是在聊新英語老師俆老師，大家都非常想知道俆老師是一個怎樣的老師。

上午的第二節課就是英語課，隨着上課鈴聲地響起，我們聽見了噔噔地腳步聲，我的心也跟着怦怦地跳，心想：“這個徐老師漂亮嗎？温柔嗎？會喜歡我們嗎？”這時徐老師緩緩地走了進來，全場都響起了如雷鳴般的掌聲！正如我們所想這位徐老師非常地漂亮，她用温柔的聲音微笑着説：“大家好，我是你們的英語老師——徐老師。”我想：“哇！徐老師的聲音真好聽！”緊接着徐老師給我們開始上課了。

徐老師為了培養我們學習英語的興趣給同學們分成四個大組來比拼並説到：“獎勵是誰一節課的分數多就可以減少家庭作業！懲罰是誰上課講話作業就增加一倍！”在上課的過程中我們不僅學習了很多知識還還玩了遊戲！一節課下來獲勝小組是二組，他們高興得一蹦三尺高。

徐老師對待每一位學生都非常的有耐心，上課時，我有一個單詞沒讀出來，我以為徐老師會狠狠地批評我，誰知道徐老師微笑着説：“沒關係，加油！老師相信你可以的！”在徐老師地鼓勵下我那個單詞記得很牢發音也很準。於是我對學習英語更加有信心了！

徐老師用着她的方法鼓勵着我們，也讓我們從此不害怕學習英語，讓我們對英語更感興趣了！
