崗位：綜合維護管理 職責：

1、負責屬地基站、小區寬帶等站址、管道設施的談點、維繫和管理，負責縣公司工程項目配合與驗收；

2、負責屬地內設備維護的現場配合；

3、配合縣公司業務部門完成集客、家客業務需求的收集、分析、方案制定等售前工作；

4、負責屬地集團客户側終端設備（屬於移動公司資產部分）的資產管理和維護管理；

5、負責縣公司市場的全業務支撐工作；

6、配合做好縣公司工程合作伙伴管理、配合做好網絡維護代維管理；配合做好網絡信息安全管理。

各位考官好！首先非常感謝中國移動公司能給我這次展示自我的機會。我叫XXX，今年XX歲，學習電子信息工程專業 ，桂林永福縣人。我樂觀向上，喜歡打氣排球、籃球以及唱歌、看新聞等，平時休息時間會找一些朋友和同事喝喝茶，唱唱歌。

我畢業後一直從事通信建設管理的`工作。畢業後的一年時間裏，我在廣州匯源監理公司任職工程監理員，公司派遣我到縣移動公司協助負建工程的監理工作，包括基站、室分、線路等工程。之後至今我在廣西通服設計公司任職桂林電信監理組長，期間負責了桂林北邊幾個縣城的線路工程的監理工作以及與市電信工程管理員溝通相關工作。

在工作中，不斷地學習了一些通信技術知識。包括部分設備安裝和線路熔纖、跳纖及一些線路故障處理等技術，還有一些各項工程的施工流程及工藝質量規範。通過公司的培訓瞭解了通信工程項目管理、監理流程、通信工程概預算等相關知識。曾經負責監理過桂林電信城市光纖工程、興安及靈川公安天網工程、桂林電信寬帶工程等一些典型項目，在這3年的磨練中，鍛鍊了我具有較強組織能力、溝通能力、協調能力。

最後，我非常渴望得到綜合維護管理這份工作。我相信憑藉我的管理經驗及不斷學習的態度我能夠勝任這份工作。如果我應聘成功了，我將為貴公司做出我最大的貢獻。
