今天下午，我和爸爸都感冒了，我們來到醫院，一 人打了一針。打針的滋味可真難受啊!我都跑了幾次，後來一想，為了早點把病看好，還是忍一忍吧!爸爸説以後不要吃方便麪了，不要挑食，注意鍛鍊身體，就不容易感冒了。以後我再也不挑食了。
